Referrals

We believe it is extremely important that your patients are treated by Dentists with appropriate postgraduate qualifications and training

We accept referrals for:

 

  • Dental Implants
  • Intravenous and Relative Analgesia Sedation
  • Restorative & Cosmetic Dentistry
  • Oral Surgery

 

If you would like to refer any of your patients in for further treatment or if you would like to discuss the treatment of your patient please contact the practice.

If you would like referral forms we can either e-mail you an electronic copy or we can post hard copies.

All referred patients will be returned to your care and under no circumstances would be allowed to remain at the practice.
